Aswathi Kovval Veetil is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over three years of experience in the field. She has a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University. Currently, Aswathi is working as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications. Prior to this, she worked as a Graduate Research Intern at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. Here, she implemented a Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network for medical MR image synthesis. As a part of her work, she utilized a cascade U-Net as the generator for progressively refining the generated image and incorporated perceptual loss, style-content loss into the cGAN framework. She also worked as a Directed Researcher at the University of Southern California, where she conducted research on Cancer datasets and identified different methods pertaining to Cancer diagnosis and analysis using Machine Learning.
